SHIPPING POLICY

We offer two methods of shipping: Ground Shipping (4-5 Business day) or Express Shipping (1-2 Business days)

All orders dispatching within the Continental USA are eligible for Ground Shipping at a flat rate of 6$ USD. 

For customers in Puerto Rico and Alaska, 3-4 Business days shipping is available for a flat fee of 20$ USD.. 

The estimated delivery date is based on the date of the purchase, the customer’s location and the shipping courier.

Occasionally, Pre-orders are available. In that case, shipping could take up to 30 business days. The exact amount of time would be clearly stated on the Pre-order product page.

Other factors, such as placing an order during a weekend or on a holiday, could slightly delay the item's arrival.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and secure, as we are not responsible for theft or loss of packages at your address.
